Hi everyone!
If you have not already received your sap plush in the mail, you should have received a tracking number in your email! If you have not received a tracking number OR your plush, please reach out to me!
If your tracking number did not work, check to see if you received two emails with tracking, there should be a working one, if not send me a message for the fixed tracking. If you got a tracking number and need to updated the address, please message me asap so I can get it changed for you.
Some did not finish the survey, finished it months later, or their card did not go through. I will be sending out reminders for those who have not finished the survey, so please make sure all your information is correct on your survey. Backer kit was being very buggy from the beginning, so I %100 understand if some were not able to finish their survey right away.
Backerkit also changed their shipping prices to be way higher then what they had initially had told me what they would be, so I had to use a different site for my shipping meaning manually entering everything, causing even further delay. This is something I will make sure will not happen EVER again.
Thank you so much for all of your patience, I am so deeply sorry for the long wait, and have packaged every single one of your mushrooms with love and care!

Hi everyone! Jumping in to say most saps are shipped out and I’m working to get the rest of them shipped this week, so you will be seeing a tracking number soon. I can still change your address from my end so if you need an address change and have not messaged me please do and I’ll change it!
Shopify pre-orders will ship right after kickstarter orders.

Hi everyone! Happy new years! I’m very sorry the saps are slowly but surely shipping out, a lot slower than I intended because me and my family got sick in december, and afterwards there was freeze storms, and I’m still getting caught up on a lot of things because it caused a huge impact on my business, mental health, and shipping. This was super unexpected and I’m so sorry for not updating sooner, I’ve learned a lot from this kickstarter for plushies, and I’m really sorry for all of the delays.

Hi everyone!!!
I’m gonna start by saying Thank you all so much for your patience and I’m so so sorry this took longer than I had expected! This was a new learning journey for me and even though I researched what steps to take, some of them I did not know what to do first/last and that delayed a lot of things.
Saps have been scanned by UPS and will be here Nov 23rd and Nov 25th, as soon as they come I’ll start shipping them out like crazy!!!!
I’ll be going through messages making sure everyones addresses are up to date and if you are still having troubles with your survey we’ll figure something else out so I can make sure you get your mushroom plush! ❤️

Thank you everyone for your patience! I’m so deeply sorry that backerkit kept spamming you all with emails saying “your survey is not complete” I messaged you all back to let you know if it’s been completed or not and how we can go about fixing it! If your not sure just message me and I can look and let you know! Also the mushrooms took a bit longer in testing, but they passed and will be finished being produced soon! They should take about another 30 days to get here, and then I will be shipping them and all your goodies out!
